tk5667 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Account activity that triggers our responsible gaming intervention protocols, including signs of problem gambling behaviour.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Confirmed evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other lawful instruction requiring us to close or freeze the account.
